PROTEIN　BAR をたべていながら、JERRY さんの　NITROTECH をまっている。てんきがあつすぎて、わたしのチョコレートPROTEIN　BAR はとかしてしまった！あつくて時々、ボクサー（I'm not sure if it's the katakana for boxer shorts） しかこないでリビングルームですんでいる。前のうちのおばあさんはいつもまどでみている、ははははは。

I'm taking chocolate protein bars from GNC while waiting for Jerry's Nitrotech. The weather is so hot these days, my protein bars have melted! Also, sometimes I'd just wear nothing but my boxers in the living room because it's just too hot. Seems like the neighbour auntie been noticing a lot from the window, hahahaha.
